ActiveCollab brings together a number of different project management features into one, easy-to-use platform. Like many other project management platforms, ActiveCollab allows users to clearly see who is assigned to what task, the status of the task, and which project the task is a part of.

Where ActiveCollab helps set itself apart is the available time tracking and billing features. Users can create time estimates for each task to allow for better estimations of when the project will be complete and delivered. In addition, users working on tasks can also track their time as they work for simple billing. Project managers, upon completion of a project, can easily create an invoice with the tracked times of all collaborators for accurate and simple billing.

Using the calendar feature, project managers can clearly see, adjust, and map out tasks as part of a greater project. For example, when one task is completed, managers can set the next task to begin. This leaves no room for error when multiple people are working on a single project and need to wait for early tasks to be completed before they can begin on their portion.

  • Get Paid – For an additional $2.50 per user, per month, businesses can deliver time estimates, invoices, and accept online payments. This also integrates with popular accounting software like Quickbooks.

Users can view onboarding articles to help them get started with their first project or search the library for a specific topic that they may be struggling with. The blog is regularly updated with helpful tips and tricks for users to make the most out of ActiveCollab.

For specific support concerns, there is also email and phone support available. The email and support teams are only available during working hours on weekdays which means there is no 24/7 support available for businesses who may need that extra helping hand at any hour.
